People Say Nice Things

 I have been able to learn why prioritizing sleep makes such a difference in all aspects of my health. Sybil’s information and her tips and tricks work. I’m now getting much better quality of  sleep for longer hours. (I know because my wearable tracks it!). I have more energy throughout the day and I haven’t had to take a 3 pm nap in two months! (That’s saying something.)
