5 Minute Plank Challenge

For this last week of February, let’s do a Plank Challenge! If you can’t hold it for the entire time, drop to your knees to finish. If you need more support, start on your knees. You can take as long a break between exercises as you need to but try to make them shorter each day! Watch the video for modifications! Let me know how you do and if you feel stronger by the weekend!
